The Akoya project was born from the geometric evolution of the circumference: it first becomes a two-dimensional surface – a circle, and then a three-dimensional volume – a sphere.
The space in which the metal welcomes the glass develops from the interaction between these primary geometries, shaping the diffused light in a relationship that evokes the dawn as beginning, the eclipse as intersection of shapes.
The result is an extremely simple product in its language, capable of communicating with the architectural context in different finishes.
