“Sand, Fire and Air” is an installation telling the story of glass from its material origin: the sand. The glass grains states the exhibition fil-rouge, focusing the products design from its genesis through the whole manufacturing process. The installation layout has a twofold meaning, emotional and narrative: it states the glass design as the main topic unveiling the secrets and peculiarities of the traditional and contemporary processing techniques. This tale develops along a path meeting various experiences confirming, between past, present and future the Prandina strong and definitive connection to this material.
